The human body is a small heaven and earth. / 人身小天地.
—Zhang Jiebin (張介賓), 1563–1640, Ming dynasty physician and writer
I work with people seeking support with a wide range of physical and emotional concerns. My practice is grounded in sincerity, integrity and intention, guided by a sensitive, respectful and patient-centred approach. Whether you are looking for relief, resilience, vitality or meaningful change, I offer a collaborative path toward lasting health and balance.
A central inspiration in my work is the classical Chinese tradition of yang sheng (養生), meaning ‘nourishment of life’. Drawing on centuries of medical knowledge, philosophical insight and movement practices, yang sheng is about caring for ourselves through how we eat, rest and move. It nurtures both body and mind, cultivating balance, vitality and harmony. It offers a holistic way of living that supports health, works preventatively and fosters lasting wellbeing. This philosphy lies at the heart of my practice.
Treatments take place in a calm and comfortable setting at my centrally located clinic in Westminster, within a vibrant local community hub.
Come just as you are. We’ll begin from there.

“Thank you for listening to me; not only with my initial problem but also looking for the root cause of the problem. You were able to adjust the sessions to the difficulties I was facing, which is something I have not had before. Thank you for helping me to get better.”
